APOLLO GROUP TV Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets forth the terms and conditions upon which refunds are made to Customers in respect of the IPTV services offered by Apollo Group TV Media Inc. (“Apollo Group TV”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our goal is to clearly explain our refund procedure and strive for customer satisfaction within the context of reasonable business practices.

**2. Refund Eligibility Period**

**Three-Day Refund Policy:** Customers who subscribe to our IPTV services are eligible to request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of their initial subscription purchase.

**3. Conditions for Refund**

– **Refund Request:** To initiate a refund, customers must contact our support team within the seven-day period. The request should include the customer’s name, account details, and the reason for the refund.
– **Non-Transferable:** The refund policy is applicable only to the original subscriber and is non-transferable.
– **Payment Method:** Refunds will be made through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
– **Processing Time:** Upon approval of a refund request, the actual refund may take up to 5-10 business days to appear in the customer’s account.

**4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Renewals: We do not offer refunds for renewals. Our seven-day refund policy only applies to the act of subscribing, and not to the act of continuing a subscription beyond the initial term through renewal. Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds  for unused time after the seven-day window has expired.
– **Technical Issues:** In the event of requesting a refund due to technical issues, we always advise our customers to consult the support team prior to making a request for a refund. We will do our best to solve any technical problem that is within our reach.

**5. Cancellation of Service

Subscribers seeking to cancel service after the seven-day period will have to do so in accordance with the cancellation procedure established by our Terms of Service. In any case, no refund is offered beyond the seven-day refund period.
